Challenge: 

At the end of their shift, servers were not fulfilling their job duties. This caused workers on the opening shift to have to complete extra tasks, which took away from tending to their guests. Ultimately leading to bad reviews. 

Solution: 

Train all servers and any new hires on the expected job duties according to each shift. This job aid is one example of a training aid.

Result: 

With a clearer understanding of the expectations per shift, servers were able to better tend to their guests, resulting in an increase of returning customers.
